Architectural Design and Planning Services:
Refunds for architectural design and planning services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of project commencement. Change orders and revisions requested by the client may result in additional charges. These charges are non-refundable once the changes have been implemented.

Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, such as permits or licenses, are non-refundable.
Digital Products and Services:
Digital products, including downloadable resources or online courses, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Disputed Charges:
If you believe that a charge was made in error, please contact us within three days of the charge, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
